1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mevasamrat.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (food items, dry fruits, etc.) unless damaged or incorrect
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided for damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@mevasamrat.com
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), return shipping costs will be borne by Meva Samrat
  • In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
