We currently ship across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days, depending on your location
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Meva Samrat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout
  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if available) will be mentioned before order confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email

6. Delivery Address & Attempts

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal may result in:
    • Order cancellation, or
    • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery, if possible
  • If accepted, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on location
  • Meva Samrat reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes

  • Courier service limitations
